Palashbari Government College is a renowned educational institution of Palashbari upazila. The college has been managed with reputation by nationalization in 1988. At present, in the Higher Secondary category, in the Department of Science, Humanities and Business Studies, Graduate level BA, BSS, BBS, BSc class is undergoing a reading process. In addition, there are ongoing studies in Bangla, Political Science, Sociology and History section of the honours category. The number of teachers in the college is 39 and around 2500 students in all departments are studying.
